SV	Daarna was er nog een krijg tegen de Filistijnen, en Elhanan, de zoon van Jair, versloeg Lachmi, den broeder van Goliath, den Gethiet, wiens spieshout was als een weversboom.
WLC	וַתְּהִי־עֹ֥וד מִלְחָמָ֖ה אֶת־פְּלִשְׁתִּ֑ים וַיַּ֞ךְ אֶלְחָנָ֣ן בֶּן־ [יָעוּר כ] (יָעִ֗יר ק) אֶת־לַחְמִי֙ אֲחִי֙ גָּלְיָ֣ת הַגִּתִּ֔י וְעֵ֣ץ חֲנִיתֹ֔ו כִּמְנֹ֖ור אֹרְגִֽים׃
Trans.	watəhî-‘wōḏ miləḥāmâ ’eṯ-pəlišətîm wayyaḵə ’eləḥānān ben-yā‘ûr yā‘îr ’eṯ-l^aḥəmî ’ăḥî gāləyāṯ hagitî wə‘ēṣ ḥănîṯwō kimənwōr ’ōrəḡîm:

AC	ה ותהי עוד מלחמה את פלשתים ויך אלחנן בן יעור (יעיר) את לחמי אחי גלית הגתי--ועץ חניתו כמנור ארגים {ס}
ASV	And there was again war with the Philistines; and Elhanan the son of Jair slew Lahmi the brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver's beam.
BE	And again there was war with the Philistines; and Elhanan, the son of Jair, put to death Lahmi, the brother of Goliath the Gittite, the stem of whose spear was like a cloth-worker's rod.
Darby	And there was again a battle with the Philistines; and Elhanan the son of Jair smote Lahmi the brother of Goliath the Gittite; now the shaft of his spear was like a weaver's beam.
ELB05	Und wiederum entstand ein Streit mit den Philistern. Und Elchanan, der Sohn Jairs, erschlug Lachmi, den Bruder Goliaths, des Gathiters; und der Schaft seines Speeres war wie ein Weberbaum.
LSG	Il y eut encore une bataille avec les Philistins. Et Elchanan, fils de Jaïr, tua le frère de Goliath, Lachmi de Gath, qui avait une lance dont le bois était comme une ensouple de tisserand.
Sch	Und es kam nochmals zum Streite mit den Philistern. Da erschlug Elchanan, der Sohn Jairs, Lachmi, den Bruder Goliats, den Gatiter, dessen Speerschaft wie ein Weberbaum war.
